Are Pastors Boring?

It depends on who you ask, but the concensus, at least from the group to whom I was speaking was that pastors, teachers, and professors were boring and that was why they had left the church.  

The joy is - it doesn't have to be this way!  The purpose of Christ, the message of salvation and the forgiveness of sins is the most incredible, powerful, gripping and joyful story on our planet.  If people think it is boring, perhaps we ought to look in the mirror for the reason.
